Arrived on time. Very friendly staff. They packed everything. I just sat and watched! Very quick both packing and unpacking. Helpful and considerate. Moved an entire home in under 7 hours. Nothing broken, damaged, not even a scratch. Wardrobe cases unpacked and taken away, and have promised to come and pick up the boxes and wrapping when I finally find everything a home. This is the second time we have been moved by Chapman’s. They were so good last time we didn’t bother to get quotes from other people this time. Once again the people packing and moving our stuff and the office staff did a good job of making our move as easy and stress free as possible. Despite the wet and windy weather, the team were efficient and worked really hard to get us settled in our new home as soon as possible.

The van arrived on time, after a quick survey the two men started work immediately and worked continuously to fill the containers. When the house was empty they again had a walk around to check nothing was missed. A seamless operation very impressed.
