Great food and service. We always ask the chef to customize our order and the chef does a great job of that. We usually eat there monthly with the same order.

First, love our local Charbonos restaurant! Comments: * Whew, prices continue to go up! * Didn't love sitting right next to the kitchen, dishes clanking, lots of extra noise * Cream sauce in special pasta sausage chicken dish was runny * Service was good although although they was "hurried"; maybe staff was low? * I do not love the waiter running the ticket at the table. While I generally leave a decent tip (20-30%), it feels awkward for the waiter to be a physical part of that process. Thanks for viewing my comments!
