Great account exec. That is really what it comes down to. Charles is always available to help and answer questions. Because he beats other investors to the punch with the quality and timeliness of answers is why i keep coming back to PRMG. Rates are very competitive but if i have to choose from multiple investors that are close i will go with PRMG because i know i will get the help i need there when i need it.
