I think the thing that makes it the best is still how responsive and helpful Charles has been. The rates have been great but there are others that are competitive but because I know when i need help Charles will take the time to respond, correct, teach, etc makes it so i keep comming back to PRMG with loans.

Charles is the Most responsive and helpful AE that I have worked with thus far. I do not know all of the details of an AE's role in PRMG but he is the only one that I know that will answer emails and take phone calls over the weekend and after hours. That tells me he goes above and beyond any other AE.
