I have a 2022 Hyundai Accent that the volume controls on the steering wheel stop working and then they told me that they need to look at it to determine if it’s covered by warranty they couldn’t tell me right off the bat and I needed to go and make an appointment and that they would take about 3 to 5 hours to determine that once they have the car in

When I initially started working with this dealership things seemed to be going well. However, once I arrived at the dealership I was given the run around. There was no communication and it was after waiting for about 2 hours that the finance manager came up to me and asked if I had been helped or if everything was okay. I had apparently been forgotten. Palisade not worth it. Horrible. Had so many problems with in 2 days of getting it. Dealership didn’t care n the 1800# didn’t do much. Didn’t even last 7mths with it. Didn’t feel safe in it n I tripped and fell due to the weather trim being loose n part never came in. Dealership didn’t care &1800 didn’t care either. Had to trade in due to so many different issues in 7 mths. Had5-6 different issues in just 7mths. Would not recommend at all. Horrible service. Today around 6:00 pm we went to look at some used cars over at Charlie Clark Of Laredo, A sales person comes over showed us so we decided on a suv , the sales person told us to go and he lower the price cause a they had send a person from San Antonio to work with them and he was the one that could lower the price,we went inside and we told the sales person to see what payment can we get, it was a 28,999 around that . so we wanted zero down 72 month, he said ok. Saque mi camioneta en noviembre 2022, se ah estado apagando en highways donde ahí mucho trafico la lleve la checaron y que no tiene nada, saliendo del dealership se me volvió apagar me regrese ya tiene más de una semana y no saben por que hace eso. Quieren que valla por ella y la siga usando Aparte que no tiene suficientes rentals y están short staff en el service department .

Their service department needs more personal. I’ve been waiting for three weeks and counting…just to get a diagnosis on my car. Hopefully I’ll get some answers today!
