Super bad service no updates on your car if you take it to service no one has updates!! To top it off you never get a call back
I arrived at the Service department and ask if they were able to service my vehicle with plates. Mind you my vehicle was not purchased at Hyundai Laredo, Tx and purchased in San Antonio, Tx., I was told by Genesis South San Antonio that I would be able to get serviced in this Location. Absolutely embarrassment of a dealership. Poor professionalism. Awful clueless and slow salesman. Not saying all but definitely the one that helped me out. I go in one day and they offer me a certain amount for my car to trade in for another vehicle. My credit gets approved, the 84month finance program gets approved, everything sounds good. 2 days later when i go to make the purchase. They change EVERYTHING up. They offered me less for my car. comprar un carro en esta agencia no se la recomiendo a nadie. tengo muy mala esperiencia. con el carro que compre. era un carro chocado y el gerente me dijo que no era chocado , a las 3 semanas se le empezó a caer toda la pintura.OJO!

Their service department. My car has been on there for 2 months and they don’t call me for updates, the manager never responds or call back. It’s frustrating because I have been without a car for 2 months already with no progress at all as to when my car will be ready. I will escalate with headquarters about this issue.
Had the worst experience with this dealership. Since I live in Corpus Christi I was working with a salesman over the phone who was negotiating a price for me and the first couple of times the price was above what I wanted to pay. Salesman called a third time and we agreed on the out the door price for vehicle so he asked if I would put a deposit since I wasn’t going to be able to go till Thursday.
