Staff are kind and caring. Need to follow up on requests. They have spend down for Medicare.
Mom is getting great care. Staff is friendly and manager as well as nurse is very engaging and really do care. Mom’s only complaint is that she doesn’t like the food. She is a picky eater so I am sure it is fine just not for her.

The entire staff is very nice and always making sure the residents needs are being addressed. The facility is clean and smells great at lunch and dinner. Charter Senior has daily activities and craft events.

Never realized how expensive this would be. Was good we started this before I wanted. It's taken a long time for her adjust. Lots of depression and a difficulty with her dog. Thought for sure I was going to have another pup. But is working out now.
I feel the rent for the small room was high for the size. But I feel the cost of his care was reasonable.
The people are so friendly and inclusive. My mother in law is somewhat challenging, and they handle her with grace. The facility is also just the right size. Big enough to have good variety, small enough to be personal.

We toured every assisted living in the Bay County area including one in Midland. They were nice in their own way but Charter Senior Living was superior. The Director toured us and introduced us to everyone we passed including family members. The staff at Charter are phenomenal!! So kind, welcoming, and friendly. I knew this was for mom. We recently toured Charter Senior Living and loved it! We took the time to tour all the assisted livings in the area and Charter stood out above all the rest. The staff and residents were friendly, visible, and welcoming. Other places were not in fact, we didn’t even see other people except the person touring us at places down the street. We have chosen Charter for our mother. We are pleased with the room, the food is fabulous, and the service is outstanding. You will not be disappointed.

My wife and I toured all of the senior living communities in Bay City. Charter Senior Living stood out in so many ways. Immediately we noticed the extremely friendly atmosphere and staff.
