Great place. Beautiful décor. Pleasant staff. Residents are welcoming. Always get a warm gesture a hello or a wave a smile from most all the residents. The staff is always friendly and willing to help.
I would rate everything a 5. The only category I hesitated on was the food — I considered giving it a 4, but that’s only because I’m a bit picky. Overall, Charter has been absolutely wonderful. I feel so fortunate that your company introduced us to Charter. It has truly been the best possible choice for my mom. Charter Danvers has been an incredible experience. The staff (all of them...from the director to the cleaning staff) are always available. They are kind and helpful. [name removed], the activities coordinator, might be the friendliest person I've ever met. Mom said she organizes concerts and other events that the community looks forward to all the time. My mother has lived at Charter for a year. All of the staff, including the administration, front desk, dining room, caregivers, cleaning and maintenance are incredibly kind and helpful. My mother enjoys the food and many activities. The common areas of the building were updated recently with new carpeting, furniture, and renovation throughout. It is a comfort to know she is safe and cared for there. I highly recommend Charter.

It's a family style community with a welcoming staff. A management team that is dedicated to providing support for all the families needs. Everyone is warm and friendly. Our search was conducted over multiple locations. And the warm feeling and the comfortable atmosphere at Charter made the decision easy. You see it from the residents who are in attendance and the vibe they have with being there. It's a comfortable place to call home for my mother.
Everyone is very accommodating. They all seem to take an interest in their guests. Facility is clean and has a nice feel to it, not stuffy. Overall a nice place for your loved ones.

Charter Senior Living is a wonderful experience. We have been so impressed with the staff starting with [name removed] and all the other employees. They are hands on caring and knowledgeable.
