If u visit often it can work. People are very nice and caring. It is not one on one which they tell you upfront. Both my parents are here and their needs differ. Difficult situation for staff which they have addressed better as they got to know them. My parents feel taken care of with my prompting staff of their needs.
MY MOTHER IS HAPPY THERE. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. UPPER MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND AS HELPFUL. I MOVED MY MOTHER FROM ANOTHER ASSISTED LIVING BECAUSE OF NASTY CONDITIONS AND POOR UPPER MANAGEMENT. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE LINDEN.
They really try to be as pleasant as possible and make the residents feel comfortable and cared for. The staff go out of their way to learn everyone's name and help them out. I know quite a few people who have had their parents here and they rave bout it. It is a very well run facility and they have a lot to offer. I really liked The Linden at Dedham facility. My friend was looking for very large room sizes so that was the only downfall for her here. The staff were great and were wonderful with their follow up after the tour.
My loved one was there for a short period of time. She started out in assisted living but had to move to memory care due to rapid progression of her dementia. Unfortunately they were never able to provide her with an appointment with their on-site neuro nurse while she was there. And the memory care unit seemed very understaffed. Being around the other memory care residents was like walking among zombies. Their level of dementia seemed much more sever than my loved one. The Linden at Dedham is an exceptional facility filled with exceptional help! From the Director to the Support folks - we had a great experience. They all cared deeply for my dad and for us as his family. Best place I found!
My Aunt has been a resident in the memory care unit at The Linden At Dedham since March. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and caring. When she arrived there, she was mostly using her wheelchair to get around. Five months later and she is using her walker again! Every time I visit my Aunt, she is participating in an activity and seems very content. I’m so happy that we found The Linden at Dedham!
We toured this community and the tour was good. The staff was very friendly and they answered all our questions. The pricing was higher than other communities in the area.
Can't recommend The Linden enough!! They have been amazing partners in the health care of my mom. Don't know what I would have done without them. Everyone we have come into contact with has been caring, thoughtful and kind.
