Dad's getting used to new home. Participating in activities. Eating at least 2 out of 3 meals (probably still more than he ate when he lived alone). Staff is attentive though the response time when I contact is slow; better to address in person. Clean, care is good; dad just needs to have some patience.

Stopped in for a tour and was pleased. The community was clean and well cared for, and the staff was genuinely kind and helpful. Everyone took the time to answer our questions, and it all felt very relaxed and welcoming.
I had a great time touring the community. The property manager made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. They said they just had completed a renovation and the property looks amazing.
What we like the most about the community are the day trips for memory care clients, and private rooms. Yes, we would recommend Charter Senior Living to other families based on the experience,

We are very happy with Charter Senior Living of Dedham. I would recommend these folks to others. The facility is nice. The staff is caring and competent.
If u visit often it can work. People are very nice and caring. It is not one on one which they tell you upfront. Both my parents are here and their needs differ. Difficult situation for staff which they have addressed better as they got to know them. My parents feel taken care of with my prompting staff of their needs.
MY MOTHER IS HAPPY THERE. THE STAFF IS VERY FRIENDLY. UPPER MANAGEMENT IS EXTREMELY EASY TO DEAL WITH AND AS HELPFUL. I MOVED MY MOTHER FROM ANOTHER ASSISTED LIVING BECAUSE OF NASTY CONDITIONS AND POOR UPPER MANAGEMENT. I'M VERY HAPPY WITH THE LINDEN.
They really try to be as pleasant as possible and make the residents feel comfortable and cared for. The staff go out of their way to learn everyone's name and help them out. I know quite a few people who have had their parents here and they rave bout it. It is a very well run facility and they have a lot to offer. My loved one has a studio apartment and it was a kitchenette and large walk in closet and spacious bathroom, my understanding is it used to be a Marriott. I really liked The Linden at Dedham facility. My friend was looking for very large room sizes so that was the only downfall for her here. The staff were great and were wonderful with their follow up after the tour.
