My loved one was there for a short period of time. She started out in assisted living but had to move to memory care due to rapid progression of her dementia. Unfortunately they were never able to provide her with an appointment with their on-site neuro nurse while she was there. And the memory care unit seemed very understaffed. The Linden at Dedham is an exceptional facility filled with exceptional help! From the Director to the Support folks - we had a great experience. They all cared deeply for my dad and for us as his family. Best place I found!

My Aunt has been a resident in the memory care unit at The Linden At Dedham since March. Everyone I have dealt with has been pleasant and caring. When she arrived there, she was mostly using her wheelchair to get around. Five months later and she is using her walker again! Every time I visit my Aunt, she is participating in an activity and seems very content. I’m so happy that we found The Linden at Dedham!

We toured this community and the tour was good. The staff was very friendly and they answered all our questions. The pricing was higher than other communities in the area.

Can't recommend The Linden enough!! They have been amazing partners in the health care of my mom. Don't know what I would have done without them. Everyone we have come into contact with has been caring, thoughtful and kind.

The Linden at Dedham has and continues to exceed all of my super high standards and expectations from the minute my family and I met with the staff and throughout the entire process. They have great activities at the community, but our loved ones just does not participate in them. We would recommend this community to others, our only problem would be the communication. Sometimes we have issues going back and worth which could absolutely be improved.

We chose The Linden at Dedham because it was a smaller community and everyone we had contact with was very friendly. It had good ratings and it was also affordable. When we toured, my mom thought it seemed welcoming place. The room sizes here are various, she is in a very spacious one bedroom. The food depends on the chef, when we first went here it was very good, she is not thrilled with the food right now. She thinks it needs to be cooked more. I chose this community because it was a smaller place and it is well run. My sisters room is good sized. We bought all new furniture and it worked out great. The food is fantastic, at the time before COVID, they had a chef cooking all the meals. As a visitor, they only charge $10 for the food. My favorite part has been the communication of the staff, if there is any problem with my sister, they always call immediately. I have recommended The Linden at Dedham more than once.
