They have the best activities director I have ever been around and considering I was a director of an Assisted Living in the past - I have seen a lot and she hands down is the best

This has been the biggest mistake I have made moving in and trusting Charter Senior Living. We have lived at Charter for 14 months and looking to move this spring. We live in one of the cottages, and it's been nothing but problems on top of problems for 14 months. The management doesn't care and will straight out lie to you. While the building looks good; the mgmt teams lack accountability. There is always an excuse for lack of care. Common restrooms are rarely clean enough to not need a respirator upon entry. Staff doesn’t tend to needs of residents without attitude. Residents have been eating off paper plates and using plastic utensils since January. Meals are substandard.
