The staff was exceptional. Both support and admin. The turnover seemed high but support for Mom truly cared. They not only took care of Mom but also were helpful and caring with family members. The management side seemed to have alot of turnover. However they were all very helpful and informative. It was a good experience for my mom. I know this by the fact she asked only One time about her house which was when she first for there. She called it her home at charter.

The communication with the nurse was difficult. I needed updates on my mom's weight but never received them. Overall the facility was clean and the staff was pleasant. Hopefully, we will be back.

My daughter and I were impressed and Kylie was great. It is close to our home also. I want to go back with more questions and possibly get on a waiting list. I have a lot going on right now so need a little time. Thank you very much for the flowers!

This was well planned tour. The person in charge was informative friendly and helpful. All of the staff we came in contact with were very nice. It is a good community for a smaller living environment. We could see the residents were happy.

Very positive. Took lots of time with us to understand the needs and even future needs for my mom. Shared how they could work with us as a family. Definitely on our list of options. Still trying to understand affordability with needing this level of care. Have other tours coming up and will be able to do a better comparison then.

By far far better than the other two residences where my brother was located. And even though it's fire far far better it's $[removed]cheaper! He actually has a kitchenette now! He actually has a separate bedroom now! The staff and everyone there seems happy and friendly, including the residents we've talked to. Also, the meals are age-appropriate. My dad was only at charter for almost four days-he was moved from the hospital and during the move something happened and he was in more of a non-responsive state. We came from a facility that was terrible so having my dad die in a place where the staff was very knowledgeable, compassionate and trustworthy was a blessing. I visit multiple times a month. Every songle person I have dealt with, talked with or gained assistance from have been phenomenal. My mom has had zero negative experiences to date. It is clean and the caregivers are excellent. Patient attentive and kind with all residents. Not to mention fresh popcorn every day!

Mom has been there for about a year. This location was going downhill with tremendous staff turnover until about early [date removed] They brought in an expert to re-establish excellent care and we have noticed a dramatic change. New, far more experienced and caring staff have been hired. New Memory Care Director. New Executive Director. It’s night and day.
