Overall a very pleasant visit. Everything was neat and clean. From administrator to staff everyone was welcoming and friendly. Took time to answer our questions. We were shown different levels of memory care. Assured that [name removed] would be evaluated and placed in appropriate level of memory care. found [name removed] the administrator to be informative and thorough in explaining everything they offered and gave us brochures to take with us to review. The current staff at the landings have excellent communication and work together as a well oiled machine. They are kind, knowledgeable & compassionate. Personally all around a positive experience I would highly recommend The Landings of Geneses Valley
Landings offer spacious, clean, and quiet apartments. A variety of activities are offered but your privacy is respected. friendly. and helpful and there is a quick response time if you need assistance. Three nutritious meals served daily with good variety. A pleasant place to call home.

My father in law was moved here from (name removed). Here he has been receiving very good care. All staff members have been so friendly and eager to help. They check in on him often and he likes the meals they provide.
Your admin staff was very open to the idea of the Department of Veterans Services from Genesee County coming in and thanking the Veterans in your community. Your community was clean, and friendly. We could tell your residents are well cared for.
