My mom is currently in assisted living. I toured your facility to see if it would be somewhere she may like. There were a couple of issues she may not approve of. I don't know if she would like the studio layout, and also likes to have her meals in her room due to mobility issues. I appreciated the tour and will keep your information in my files for future reference. Thank you.
Charter staff was very through as we looked at the facility and the move was very smooth. I would recommend to others.
Overall a very pleasant visit. Everything was neat and clean. From administrator to staff everyone was welcoming and friendly. Took time to answer our questions. We were shown different levels of memory care. The current staff at the landings have excellent communication and work together as a well oiled machine. They are kind, knowledgeable & compassionate. Personally all around a positive experience I would highly recommend The Landings of Geneses Valley
Landings offer spacious, clean, and quiet apartments. A variety of activities are offered but your privacy is respected. friendly. and helpful and there is a quick response time if you need assistance. Three nutritious meals served daily with good variety. A pleasant place to call home.

My father in law was moved here from (name removed). Here he has been receiving very good care. All staff members have been so friendly and eager to help. They check in on him often and he likes the meals they provide.
