Easy Application, Great Apartments I toured my new apartment and fell in love with it I applied the same day. I met the maintenance guy while I was here and he seemed so nice! Grateful to Amber and the leasing team for such a seamless application process.

Cherry Grove is a great place to live. I love it here! Cherry Grove has been the best place to live and the staff has been so helpful. Jack and Amber are very nice and professional and the maintenance team are fantastic. I am very happy to live here.

Cherry Grove Is Amazing Jack and Amber have been amazing, they helped me through the entire renewal process and I am very happy that I decided to keep living here. The property is very nice and the entire staff has been very accommodating.

Cherry Grove Commons These apartments are a little pricey but they are right in North Myrtle, not even 5 minutes from Main St. and about 10 minutes to 22. While the living room and dining room are one room, so if you actually have a dining table, the living room can seem a bit small, but the bedrooms are spacious and the closets are HUGE. You can probably fit a dresser in there too! Water is included in the rent and when you're taking a shower it feels like the hot water never runs out. We had to sell our home because my husband experienced 2 Cardiac Death Events and had to have defibrillator installed. He can no longer drive & must have me with him at all times. We rented at Cherry Grove Commons. Our Apartment is small and crowded. There are 4 Buildings with 4 floors housing 38 apartments per Building, Walls are thin. Horrible Living Conditions Living here has been the worst experience we have ever had! The apartments are full of mold, cockroaches and bedbugs! We had to put our belongings in a separate storage facility just to not lose everything we had due to the pest infestation. (and we still lost some of our belongings bc we were scared of any pests traveling with us) It is loud, some neighbors are disrespectful and fight in the parking lot. You tell the front desk and they appear as if they care but nothing changes. Unacceptable.
