Horrible Living Conditions Living here has been the worst experience we have ever had! The apartments are full of mold, cockroaches and bedbugs! We had to put our belongings in a separate storage facility just to not lose everything we had due to the pest infestation. (and we still lost some of our belongings bc we were scared of any pests traveling with us) It is loud, some neighbors are disrespectful and fight in the parking lot. You tell the front desk and they appear as if they care but nothing changes. Unacceptable.

Cherry Grove Commons I lived at Cherry Grove Commons for six years and moved to Virginia for a promotion. I was told because I was breaking the lease that I would be charged somewhere between $1500-2000 for moving out early (the staff could not give a definite dollar amount for some reason until I actually left). While I expected to be charged for leaving I did not expect to be charged so much. Management issues New owners and new management caused a dramatic swing in livability. They recently evicted a dead woman (who passed away during the eviction process) over a refused retro-active rent increase of $50. [Rented for 2 years with rent always on time...] It was nice to find a two-bedroom apartment with private baths for both rooms.
