I was told because I was breaking the lease that I would be charged somewhere between $1500-2000 for moving out early (the staff could not give a definite dollar amount for some reason until I actually left). Management issues New owners and new management caused a dramatic swing in livability. They recently evicted a dead woman (who passed away during the eviction process) over a refused retro-active rent increase of $50. [Rented for 2 years with rent always on time...] It was nice to find a two-bedroom apartment with private baths for both rooms.
