They were great. Receptionists. Techs. Everyone truly cares. Boarded two doggies. Both were loved on and well taken care of. Bianca and Jen were wonderful!
They are truly caring and all the dr's are amazing. Love this place.
I boarded all three of my large dogs over Memorial Day weekend, and I was really impressed with the staff and boarding process in general. The staff answered every single question I had (I worry a lot) and I was able to bring beds, toys, bones, you name it, to make sure the dogs felt right at home all weekend. I know they were comfortable, and I was confident they were in good hands. The boarding rates were very fair as well, much cheaper than some of the local kennels. They took very good care of my cat Xander that was blocked up. Extremely good communication and a nice clean facility.
My sister went with her dog 3 years ago. When my husband and I needed a vet 3 years later for our cat, immediately Chickasaw Trail animal hospital come in my mind. I have always had such a pleasant expierence and everyone is always so nice!! Even though my cat hates the vet, he hates this vet a little less. I love it!
