I recently needed to put my 14 1/2 year old Boston Terrier,Oreo, to sleep. From the time I was greeted to the time I left, I felt everyone who came in contact with me was caring and empathetic. I guess I was expecting the experience to be more clinical. A quilt was neatly laid on the table where Oreo was to lay and when given her sedative, the staff made sure she was in a comfortable position. Nancy and Dr. Howze were very kind and caring and I am very thankful for their genuine concern during this difficult time.
