Do Not patronize Children's Dentistry and Orthodontics, please be aware that the orthodontist there Does Not wash his hands and gets an attitude when asked to. This is a regular practice with him and his attitude and response to me today upon my request after watching him pull down his mask and wipe his nose was that “you can go elsewhere” if you don’t like his practices. No worries, I am going elsewhere with my money and where my child and family’s health and safety will be considered.
I rated this place one star. I would rate it less than that. I put details on google. I had the worst experience ever. No one is respecting my time. Any one want details might send me a message
BEWARE! We took my 5 yr old son here and they said he needed 6 crowns and recommended he undergo general anesthesia for the procedure. We thought this was very excessive and wanted to get a 2nd opinion. After taking him to our dentist he recommended 3 fillings and 0 crowns. We showed him the treatment plan we received from this facility and they said its ridiculous and crowns are not necessary. Great place for cleaning and that is all! My 3yo had dental surgery he had breathing problems that night. Called the hospital to talk to anesthesia and they said call the dentist. I never received a call back. Luckily I was a nurse before being a SAHM and knew this was normal and how to monitor him. My child was shaking in pain days after. Went in about 7-8 months ago with my 3 year old and 6 year old for their first cleanings. They told me my 3 year old had THIRTEEN cavities all needing to be filled. They also explained they would need to do it at a surgery center and she would need to be put under. Along with my 6 year old who needed 4 fillings with the same course of action. No discussion. My daughter went in for a sedated procedure. I questioned some trama to her face and was told that she bit her lip. There was no way a bite to her lip caused it, especially since the inside of her lip had no marks. Instead of telling me what happened, they made it seem like I was over reacting. Horrible customer service and questionable business ethics. Scheduled an appointment 6 months in advance. Confirmed twice via email. Showed up and was told we weren't on the schedule and they didn't have time to see us. Complete waste of time out of our busy schedules, and ruined our checkup timelines. Don't waste your time with these jerks. Find an office that cares about you and your children as real people, not just numbers.
This place is a joke. We had been customers for a few years and was running behind to get to an appointment and called ahead and was told it would be fine. We arrived only 15 minutes late for the appointment and was told we would have to reschedule after we called ahead and drove over an hour to get there. They will not receive anymore business from my family. Only giving them 1 star because I can't choose 0
