Horrible customer service and questionable business ethics. Scheduled an appointment 6 months in advance. Confirmed twice via email. Showed up and was told we weren't on the schedule and they didn't have time to see us. Complete waste of time out of our busy schedules, and ruined our checkup timelines. Don't waste your time with these jerks. Find an office that cares about you and your children as real people, not just numbers.

This place is a joke. We had been customers for a few years and was running behind to get to an appointment and called ahead and was told it would be fine. We arrived only 15 minutes late for the appointment and was told we would have to reschedule after we called ahead and drove over an hour to get there. They will not receive anymore business from my family. Only giving them 1 star because I can't choose 0

We have taken all of our children here. Follow the same procedure each time. We had a filling and had to wait 3 months to get it filled. I took off of work and showed up on time and they refused to see my child because one of the verifications wasn't met. The staff was rude and told me that different procedures required different check ins. We were emailed a verification and answered that we were going to be at the appointment.
