Every time I visit this location they are always out of something! Being that they are located in a BUSY shopping center you think they would plan accordingly but they don't. My biggest frustration is they ran out of rice which is a main ingredient. They said they would let me know when it was ready (30minutes) and never did. They were not too busy either! The location in Queen Creek Market Place is AMAZING! 😉 I don't cRe to come back to this location! ☹️
We are usually big fans of Chipotle food. But man @Chipotle, you were real jerks tonight. 1) we online ordered to save us time for waiting in line. Your system kept saying error order not received. After the 3rd time it went through. 2) even though your online ordering said error order not received, you charged all 3 times we tried to put in the order. 3) order pick-up said 7:15. Wouldn't sell my wife a child's quesadilla, charged me for an adult order without a drink. Not going back. Treated everyone like we were bothering them, not very appreciative of the customers.
The steak was too tough. The mild sauce was too hot. The food in general made my stomach hurt. Never going back!
Used online ordering tonight and my husband picked up our order. I ordered a salad, bowl, and 3 kids meals. The kids meals were added as comments. When my husband picked up our meals, only 1 kids meal was made, although they said "Oh, I guess you guys had 3"... they never even read the messages.
