Always some issue with the rice. Frequently running out of rice. Frequently undercooking the rice. It is the foundation of their meals yet they fail at it so bad. Corporate no longer gives a shit. Plenty of competition near by. No wonder their profit margins are in decline even after all the promos.

Went there last night and couldn't be more disappointed. The serving size was the smallest I have ever seen. Never again.
