I ordered 3 burrito bowls go. 2 were chicken and 1 steak. They are cheap on the meat. had ask for couple pieces more. Their salad dressing is not even fill half way. The 2 guys infront of me get full bowls with meat???? No more Chipotle for us.
Burnt, dried out steak and 2 of my tacos had barely anything in them. My daughter's tacos did not have lettuce on them, even though they were ordered with lettuce. We also paid for a bag of chips but the to go bag had no chips. Even when you are busy and rushing people through the line, you still have to serve good food and as ordered. You failed at this and I have no reason to want to go back again.
Second time in a row they've blamed the fax machine for not having an order ready with an hour in advance call in- for less than 10 ppl! This time they didn't have paper in the fax machine?
Nasty service always argument when you ask for something!!!
