I just finished eating at this Chipotle. I went to use the bathroom after eating and it was filthy. No soap. No paper towels. We then informed an employee. He came back and told us there was no soap in the back. Appalling!!! This means all the employees are not washing their hands when they use the bathroom!
I usually love this Chipotle. Other than having to talk toa manager about some feuding employees (in front of customers) last year, I've had great experiences here. But today was HORRIBLE. There were four people in line in front of me and that was the longest I have ever waited for food there (and I've been in the lines that curl around the building), then the cashier didn't even pay attention when she was checking me out and I had to repeat everything THREE times.
