This Chipolte needs help, had to repeat order several times
When you have to tell the guy more rice 3+ times on one bowl, and that trend continues for every single ingredient.... I was angry by the end of the line!
I placed an online order tonight for my family of 4. My husband picked it up on way home from my son's hockey game, which we usually don't go to this location and I know why! They messed up on ALL 4 orders, paid for extra chicken, guacamole didn't receive any of it, none of the less of the other ingredients that were selected. This is not the first time this has happened at this location! Super disappointed!!!!
The store was FILTHY!!! The recovery of the team after the rush was appalling. The food temped instead of chilled and or hot. Staff was short and kurt with customers causing several eye rolls sides mine. And the bathrooms should have been condemned!
