Men!!!!! waiting to long for just a burrito. Over 60 minutes!!!!! bad!!! Very bad!!! Efficiency service!! Need to do a line just for online orders...
Do not come here tonight. They are out of chips, all tables are dirty, had to wait on our meat (carnitas) because they were out, and a couple people came back to the counter because they found their order was made wrong. Not good.
Every time we go to this place in Elk River, their service suck, the people that they have there are little kids who don't care about what kind of service their giving, they were laughing and joking around not putting attention to my order, they charge extra for a guacamole that was brown and ask for lettuce they said they were out of it. They kept laughing and joking not caring for my order the person in the front threw my food in the bag, when I got home my guacamole was no use for me anymore all over my food and bag.
Elk River Mn-Online orders are NEVER RIGHT or done on time. And every time I decide to give it another try it seems like it's a completely new team. Management seriously needs to step up.
I went to the location at VOA in West Chester and received the worst service I've ever received. The employee by the name of Brittany needs to learn not only customer service skills but needs a full attitude adjustment. She was continuously rolling her eyes the whole time ... She then thought it was ok to pour the whole pan of sour cream in my bowl. When I asked for the manager she didn't seem to really care to much. Chipotle really needs to teach their employees to have respect for their customers!
Always so slow and no sense of urgency or teamwork. They have gotten my order wrong more than a few times. Plan to wait in line for 15min+.
Closed early on sunday.... and just a note on the door...
Slowest chipotle consistently. I always wait 30 minutes. It's faster if I stay in the car and order on my phone. I love chipotle but I try to go to faster locations.
Over the past couple weeks at different times of the day the service here has greatly diminished. One time you could walk on and people worked hard to get you in and out. Today on July 27th, we came in for dinner. We waited in line for 30 minutes just to order. People stepped out of line to leave and we discussed it as well. Workers we're busy getting drinks and socializing by the grill. We won't be coming back anytime soon.
