The communication was unreal , Chris was unbelievably responsive all the time. The most helpful that anyone could ever be. Great customer service, always excellent advice and always great ways to troubleshoot and give us every option and guide us. Most importantly he was someone that we could trust . We could have easily shopped around for another lender when if options were on the table.
