Chris walked me through everything step by step and worked with me on getting the necessary paperwork and how to find it since I didnt have a lot of it due to a previous house fire. He was extremely interested in helping me with the purchase of my first home and made sure to communicate with me everything that was going on and made the whole process (which can be stressful) almost stress free for me which i really appreciated
