Christi did such a good job that we literally applauded for her at closing. I dont know if I have EVER done business with a group of people who genuinely cared about their customers like Christi and her assistant. I will suggest her to every person that tells me they are buying a house. AMAZING JOB!!!!!!!

This is the 4th house I've bought since 2008 and it was by far the worst experience I've ever had. I could write an essay on the ridiculousness of the things that were asked of me and at the last second. Closing costs changed 73 times, I knew more about buying a house than my realtor. Communication was terrible - we only talked to them when they called us..... We could never get her to answer the phone. I wish Christy nothing but the best and I hope I was an anomaly and everyone else has great experiences.

I feel like communication stopped toward the end of the process. Most information I received was from others. Maybe that’s normal, if so then apologize. I understand my situation was tricky.

My interaction with Christi was very limited. I did not even speak to her over the phone till the day of closing.

Christi was good, but I didn’t realize Kelsi would be working with us too. She had very poor communication and we weren’t happy. My husband and I just get she didn’t seem to know what she was doing. Our realtor ended up expressing how she wasn’t a fan of theirs either. We would use the same business again, but would not be using the same people.
