I was disappointed I had to send a few documents a couple of times. Two months prior to my closing, it was announced on national news that rates dropped substantially. When I asked I was told by Christi they had not, that I was misinformed . When asked where I got my information, I told her my boyfriend contacted me, he’s a GM at Thousand Hills Golf Course in Branson. She then said, “then maybe your boyfriend can find you a loan”. I hung up on her because I was upset of her lack of compassion .

More communication, not waiting until the last second to tell us she needed paperwork. This took 4 months to complete bc there was a lack of communication from Christi. We were very displeased with how we were treated and will not refer anyone to this office.

There are lots of things that could have made this better but I think Christi already knows. Better communication would have helped tremendously. Calling back when she said she would, not having me show up for an appointment and then no one being there. The list goes on.

Didnt really get much of a response about questions with christi. Also everything up to closing was very last minute. Even the lady at the title company was concerned with the delays in our closing. Alisa was the most helpful through the whole process, and i was very pleased with my experience with her.
