Overall I enjoyed the services I received. The staff were available to me to answer questions and address my needs when I had them. There is room for improvement with organization of how papers and information are provided and in better explaining the process for people as they are purchasing a home. For first time home buyers I think it would be nice to have more explanation of what papers are for, who people are that contact them, and roles and expectations for each person involved.
