Lack of attention to detail. Too many last minute issues brought to my attention at 1715 hours on Friday when nothing could be done until Monday. Loss of paperwork requiring re-submission. At closing the property was titled incorrectly requiring me to revise the deed a second time...at my expense. Final payment on closing was incorrect three different times. It took 52 days to close a piece of property that should have been done in 7. Didn't have confirmation of loan acceptance timely.
