Only 5 days into physical therapy and I'm doing really well and already seeing progress and feeling progress. I love this facility. The physical therapists and the techs and nurses are all doing such an incredible job and have stayed on top of not only every patient's physical needs, but their mental and emotional states as well. I just wanted to say I did not have a choice in which place I got to go for rehabilitation from the hospital, but this place has been awesome. I've never been treated so well in my life. The only disappointing thing I can say is if you get the chance to see your doctor, he acts like he ain't got time to spend with you That I don't like at all. I'm in here because he's got me here but other than that as far as the facility goes in the way you're treated in the way they take care of you. They do it. Excellent job. I can't say ... read more

I would like to update my review by saying our issue was resolved. I do still find it concerning this facility represents itself as part of the Christus Trinity Mother Frances group while being owned and operated by an entirely different entity which is Encompass. As stated before, the care my mother received was excellent. All of the therapists, nurses, and staff she encountered during her stay were kind and helpful in her rehabilitation. I would like to update my review by saying our issue was resolved. I do still find it concerning this facility represents itself as part of the Christus Trinity Mother Frances group while being owned and operated by an entirely different entity which is Encompass. As stated before, the care my mother received was excellent. All of the therapists, nurses, and staff she encountered during her stay were kind and helpful in her rehabilitation. If your looking for an out patient rehab look no further. These people are the friendliest and most helpful. Sarah made my 12 week therapy fun. She was very upbeat and knowledgable in answering all my questions. It's a great place to rehab and will miss the people I saw 3x a week for 3 mos. I far exceeded my Dr.'s expectations and it's because of Sarah and this place!

This place should be avoided. My father has been there for over a week and they have not shaved him and have only changed his clothes occasionally. Their staff is rude and unconcerned with complaints made to the caseworkers. Their physical therapist was rude to my mother when she showed up to watchthem work with my father and the nurses all stand around talking about the families and the patients clustered in the hallways rather than doing their work.
