Anaheim location is awesome. Cinema room, pool, clean facilities, and friendly staff. Seven day free trial but I was sold immediately. They also have a day care during certain hours.

I love all Chuze locations! The staff is very friendly and helpful and the people that workout here are also nice. For less than $30 a month I can bring a guest every time I come, have access to all weights and machines, cinema, go to the pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, team training, classes, hydro massage and tanning. This place is very neat and people clean up and wipe machines down after themselves, so I feel very safe after Covid. They also have a movie room where you can walk, run, or bike, watching a movie! My son and I had prior issues with logging in to the app and had to use the key card. Cypress 24 couldn't figure it out and neither could their IT department. Gio, the supervisor had the issue fixed and good to go in less then 5 minutes. Very friendly and very helpful. Thanks again

This is updated review: I haven't been to this location ever since half of the equipment was outside and hard to find parking. Since they close till midnight, decide to go back and see any changes. What change was that some of the equipment has been moved around which can confuse regular members of this location. Overall, this gym is still clean and majority of the members are wearing mask. Still better than other gyms because there are complaints of other non-Chuze locations where members don't wear mask. It can get cro... read more

This gym is always super clean, always has sanitizing wipes everywhere, and the staff is super friendly. I had bought the year pass in full at the beginning of January of 2020 (right before COVID hit) and they had closed of course for about 174 days so I talked with staff nearing the end of the year to make sure my pass will be extended. This is by far the best gym I've been to out of all the other major franchises (24 hour fitness, planet fitness, crunch etc.) I've tried all of them before and none of them come close to the customer service and cleanliness at this chuze. The staff members treat everyone like family and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk in the door. This gym is huge and has plenty of equipment and is always extremely clean. Not to mention they make amazing smoothies after your workout! 10/10 would definitely recommend this gym

I've been going to this gym since September and I have no complaints. The front desk is super friendly and they are always smiling. I love that they let people use the group fitness room because sometimes I get shy working out in a big crowd and this room allows for a little bit of privacy.

I was having problems with my Chuze App for a little over a year now. I wasn't able to log in whatsoever, specifically now that we have to make reservations. For two months I was calling Chuze to make gym reservations and let me tell you EVERYONE knows who I am now! But thanks to Gio for helping me out, I now can log in to my Chuze App. Y'all this is a HUGE relief. I can now reserve my gym session without calling the store!
