People working in here are very friendly , when I come they smile and say hi , even when I leave , they will say bye bye and have a good day , that is the place I like to go . I will recommend to every body to joint this Chuze gym club . This place is in Anaheim .

The Chuze team at this location has really made the effort to make me feel like a valued member and my previous concerns have been addressed. My daughter loves going here and the kids club members even know her by name. I have even referred my mom to join the club. Every member is constantly working or helping someone. Thank you all for your hard work.

This review is strictly for the assistant manager, Melissa. My account used to be at the Fullerton location but i upgraded and now come to the Anaheim location. For some reason or another, my points wouldn't transfer and my app wasn't working. She patiently worked with me and helped me contact support, all with a smile. I appreciate the excellent customer service, thank you.

I've tried many of the big box gyms and Chuze has all of them beat. The equipment is varied and maintained regularly, plus the friendly staff is constantly cleaning the entire gym.

One word. WOW! Today was my first time visiting Chuze Fitness and I am hooked! When my friend and I first walked in we were greeted by everyone, talk about such a welcoming environment. Noelle at the front desk helped us out getting our 7 day pass started. It was quick and informative. She locked down all the details about the gym and was very personable always having a smile on her face. 5 star service! Next the gym itself is simply breathtaking. I truly love this gym like I enjoy coming here. Always so welcoming and friendly. I take full advantage of my premium membership and by full advantage I mean FULL. I start with cardio in the cinema, they actually play good movies. Well before that I drop off my son at the kids club. The first time I tried this it didn't work out so well. My son was just balling , he really couldn't stand be away from me. They had to call me to calm him down and I decided to just take him home. I love this gym , I used to go to the one in Cyress but this one is closer to my home. It large and open the staff is nice and helpful. They also keep it very clean I give them 5 stars . My family makes it a family affair ,it does share its parking with Walmart , but it seems to work Patricia

I am so happy I choose this Gym at this location the manger Malissa is true outstanding person she show kindness like family does. She help me out with my grandsons. With kids club. My grandson has special needs and the kids club. Team who work with kids are the best. And go out of there way my grandson love kids club and look forward each day to go. As I work out.
