I got asked to stop using the stairmaster because of walking too loud. I am disabled with multiple disabilities and once again discriminated against.
I would like to talk about my negative experience with in the facility. I’ve been a member over the past 15 years. Since the new management came into the gym name *****. The gym has gone down. Never had an issue here before until she became the GM. I did a survey about my experience in the gym. She has become very vengeful with me. She never speaks to me at all. Unsafe for women. We have been dealing with the same person harassing us for months when we just want to work out. He has even been caught by staff members in the act of what he does but the managers do nothing. They would rather us cancel 2 memberships then help us. If you are a woman and a man sexually harasses you multiple times they will do nothing for you here.

They would not let me joing because i owed money from a past membership. However I got into a motorcycle accident where I was life flighted when inwas only 18. It was a long road to recovery. The way baileys racked up the bills even after my mother called and tried to get the people 15 years ago to stop it. They said I had to speak. Obviously when your on a feeding tube its kind of hard. Unethical business practices. I signed up for a gym called Chuze Fitness in ************, ******* believing that was the business I was paying and I come to find on my bank statement that its Baileys Health and Fitness taking my money. I did not sign up for ******* nor did I authorise any money to go to Baileys!! Lying about where a clients money is going is blatantly unethical business practice and extremely shady. I refuse to pay your cancellation fee. I have reported you to my bank for fraud!!

Definitely dont recommend this gym. The staff are rude dont know what they are doing , all they did was give me the run around when I went to cancel my membership.. the girl said my info would be gone . I went back in the next day my info was still in the computer . So I will be contacting corporate office on 05/26/2025 . They want all this money for the gym membership but the person you take with you cant use what you use.

Chuze fitness is a fraudulent company with a F rating with the BBB ( the one in ***************). Stay far away!!! I had a medical issue and informed them to cancel my membership months ago. They continued to auto debit money from my account for over a year when no services were rendered. Dont listen to anything in reply to this message. They will say whatever. Theyre scammers. I had an incident yesterday at the Chuze fitness in *********** at *******. There was a woman using another machine and left her stuff on one machine. I went to use it and she made a huge issue standing there calling me names. I put my head phones on and ignored her, then kept working out. She went and got the staff who approached and didn't ask my side they told me I need to leave because she is hitting super sets, and I can't tell people I will take them outside, which I didn't say.
