Staff is great place is clean but hidden fees are ridiculous.. need I say more?

I’m giving it two starts just because I like Chuze. When I first got my membership I had to ask to get a tour of the gym, the reason I got the membership was because they had everything I was looking for and it wasn’t busy/ crowded at all. I was wrong this I would say is the busiest location. It’s impossible to find parking sometimes, the staff are nice but most people that go to that gym are rude. The gym and staff are awesome! The check in process can be confusing if you have a different “home” gym, just switched over from the 7 day trial to your membership, just got a key chain/fob that day or are trying to use the touch screen to enter in your information.
This location is just crap. Their manager especially Erik treat people like dirt as if you are going in there to steal something. I asked for their district manager they didn’t wanna give that number. If any of you have that number please give it to me because their distric manager need to know what bad job they do in that store when it’s comes to customer service
If your workers would stop talking at the front desk maybe I couldve tanned with in the 35 min I waited just completely forgot about me wtf dude for real?
I loved this gym when I first started. The membership fee is very affordable. However the cleaning has lacked. The media room needs air circulation as it is stuffy and stinks.
� that look you have when the person behind the desk loses her mind when she says “she’s the only one there”, it’s 5 in the morning and she’s starts yelling. What happened to the customer service ChuzeFitness?? And then your told “were going through changes” REALLY?? That makes it ok??
I went yesterday (Thornton location) to start my 7 day free trial and the lady checking me in was incredibly rude and condescending. She was not interested in earning my business at all! When I expressed concern over the gym wanting personal info about my children in addition to a photo stored in their computer system (for access to the childcare) with no explanation as to who had access to it and how they will protect their information, I decided to email their corporate headquarters.
