Love everything about the gym except two things. How Un-handicap friendly it is. Seriously, do the doors need to weigh so much? Automatic door openers would be nice to have. When staff sees a handicap person, be it in a wheelchair or using crutches, struggling to open those heavy doors, and they don't offer to help, just say "have a good evening", they need to be trained in customer service and learn some common courtesy and manners. Only once had a staff remember opened a door for me, which was greatly appreciated.

I don't like that the squat racks, are also the bench presses. Those two should be seperate, other than that the gym is A1. Oh and it'd be nice to have a heavy bag somewhere. 👊🏽

Amenities and cost are great, customer service is also great. The place is PACKED regardless of day and time. Classes have been full, child sitting has a wait, so does hydro massage and tanning most of the time. Parking lot is also full, and I wish they were open more hours on weekends.

I understand this is a family gym but having a couple squat stands and a couple barbells doesn't make it less family friendly. What's a gym without a squat rack and a barbell?? ���

I'm not just irritated that the free one year membership for teachers doesn't include Henderson (which is actually closer than some parts of Commerce City), I am also irritated about the lack of response I received when I asked about it on here. I did finally call and spoke with someone who was less than helpful. I will seek a fitness membership elsewhere.
