The hours aren't the best, especially on weekends. The backyard doesn't open when the gym does. The saunas in the recovery room have never been in service and it's been over 4 months. The staff is always friendly and busy making sure everything is clean and everyone gets the help they need. So the 3 stars is for the great staff and cleanliness of the gym.

Besides the microagressions from the staff, its okay. It's VERY similar to EOS, they have classes, a movie room, a backyard. idk what else they have cause we weren't offered a tour. It's less crowded and a bit smaller than EOS. oh and they have a smoothie bar which is cool. It's clean and new so I think its worth visiting, but its a no for me.

Nice gym, fair membership costs. Clean, friendly; other members are respectful. I love how close this is to my home. I hate to admit that it's been years since I went to the gym regularly. I've tried other gyms in the past, and Chuze is without a doubt the nicest gym I have been to. That said, I will knock one star off due to some of the machines not performing as they should. Anything below a five star is because the saunas are not working and they are still working out some kinks. I have the basic membership so I am not effected by this but would be upset if I was paying the premium and lacking services. ANYWHO. this is the best most cleanest and friendliest gym in the area. I love it so much.

Chuze is a solid gym overall. It's clean, the space feels nice, and I like the vibe. Definitely a good spot to get a workout in without feeling overwhelmed. That being said, the massage process needs to change. Having to go up to someone every time just to activate it is honestly annoying and kind of kills the convenience. It would be so much better if members could just start it themselves through an app, kiosk, or scan system. Also, the cardio cinema needs better AC because it gets way too warm in there. I've had previous gym memberships and visited others. This has to be the best gym I ever been too. Staff are fully present and there is ALWAYS someone cleaning. I made the correct choice. The ONLY thing I think is pajamas and flip flops/slippers shouldn't be allowed in the gym.
