I never felt a bit of anxiousness after dropping off my cat at Cinder Hills. The staff and owners were absolutely fantastic, not only do they answer all of your questions and concerns, they're more than willing to provide you with a tour of the facility prior to scheduling your pet's stay. The kennel was impeccably kept and the cat condos/cat room were immaculate. After my cat's stay, she appeared to be in good sorts and had no sign of illness or infection.
