RecommendedIt was our first time to ever board our Saint Bernard Nora. We came to Flagstaff for a very quick mini vacation and cinder hills was just what we needed. They were super helpful with making sure our reservation was correct and they respond very quickly to texting. Next time we are in town we will definitely use them again!

RecommendedSitka gets excited as soon as we turn into the Cinder Hills parking area. She jumps up to say hi to whoever is at the front desk and is ready to go into the kennel area where she knows all the staff. She loves her walks and her time spent there. It’s a doggie vacation for her!
RecommendedI absolutely loved this place! We are traveling across the country and needed a place for our puppy to stay. She is just starting socialization and is very slow to warm up so as concerned pet parents we did our research. In person they are seriously amazing! They were so gentle and soft spoken with our puppy. They called me after the meet and greet and posted multiple pictures for us to see how she was doing. RecommendedOur wonderful Lab, Raven Loves Cinder Hills, as did her predecessor Roxie also a Lab. The staff there is absolutely Wonderful, and they make our pet feel so special. We wouldn't even consider boarding her somewhere else!! A special shout out to the Owners, Al & Valorie Bowman, for a beautiful, well kept, & maintained boarding kennel, that our girl will enjoy for years to come! Thank you
