RecommendedDessa is always excited to go in there and well taken care of when she comes out! I have never had an issue here and they have been more than accommodating. Their care, service, etc has always been exceptional and I would venture to say that that is what you can expect here because of how much they clearly care.
RecommendedThe facility is very clean. The kennel that our two dogs stayed in had plenty of room and had an outside access door. The staff is great. I highly recommend Cinder Hills.
RecommendedI came in early and they were cleaning litter boxes and were giving my cat his wet food from home! Helped carry my kitties out and you could tell that the staff absolutely adored them- saying bye to them and calling them by name and everything! Definitely my new go-to place whenever I need to board my kitties! I also love the Facebook updates that they post- gave me some nice new photos to share! Overall a very caring place and you can tell that the staff they hire cares about animals and they care about /your/ animals

I have a 13 year old super mutt who has never been away from me for more than a day, and a 7 mos old belgian malinois who spent his entire life by my side as I worked from home.
