RecommendedOur boy Chance has lots of anxiety when we leave him but the folks at Cinder Hills are always patient with him. He goes on walks and has a great time. He is always well cared for when he stays with them. Thank you.
RecommendedAfter over 2 years of not boarding our older dog, Snickers, we were nervous how she would do at a kennel. She had a great time at Cinder Hills during our 10 days away! We loved being able to see the posts of her activities and smiling face and tail while we were away and missing her. She came home happy and looking like she ate well and was well exercised! RecommendedThe people who work here are great! They are super welcoming when I drop off my dogs and just as great to them on pick up. I love when they post photos of my furballs because they are always having so much fun. They also a great job of following my crazy feeding instructions (all of the dogs get different stuff due to age, weight, etc.). The facility offers different boarding options and is well maintained.

RecommendedOMG. Best in Flagstaff. The staff is, of course, key to success. They are the best here. Not only knowledgeable but their hearts are with each and every dog Pebbles starts whining six miles away as we're approaching! 10-star rating!!
