Cindi always delivers. It was just past 6 months since my wife and I bought our first home and I contacted Cindi (who helped us with our original purchase). I asked about refinancing to see if we could drop our rate while rates are still low. Within an hour or two she had already called me back with what our new rate would be and the approximate decrease in payment. Process was smooth from start to finish, couldn’t be happier and super glad to have dropped our rate over a whole percent!
Cindi is Amazing! Her Motto should be, Never Give Up, Never Surrender! Cindi digs in and is patient. We had a rental property that required new roofs and took months for the Contractor to schedule. Cindy and her group were patient working through the long process. I highly recommend her customer service and ability to educate a customer through the details and process. Cindy has a Great Personality, which also makes you feel at ease I highly recommend Cindy and her Team!
