We refinanced our primary residence and two rental homes late last year with Cindi Taylor and we saved a ton of money in mortgage payments. Her interest rate and fees were the lowest we found. However, when interest rates dropped again this year, she was able to get an even lower interest rate on all three properties that saved us a bunch more! We are in the process of closing on our first home purchase right now and Cindi has been nothing short of excellent. We managed to do everything on our side very quickly to achieve just over a 21 day close despite the influx of loans due to low rates. The only delay we ran into was on the seller’s side and Cindi was quick to address it. She even worked with us on our final approval through some hiccups when we were out camping for a week with minimal cell service/data. Cindi was actually referred to me by a coworker. I decided to go with Cindi with my refinance because of the wonderful things my coworker said about her.... and yup, they were all true! She’s very informative and takes you step by step through the process... she made what could be a complicated process, very easy. At anytime I had a question, she was readily available by text or phone to answer them. 5 stars to her and her team.... would definitely recommend her and will use her again in my future!
