Cindy was absolutely amazing!!! I had an extremely difficult case and Cindy still chose to do all she can to help me purchase my home despite all the signs of impossibility. Cindy did a refinance for us and made it as seamless as possible. She did a lot of the legwork, told us everything we'd need to know up front, made the whole process extremely painless. Cindy has helped me with two original loans and then the refi on both. She is always on top of her game. She knows the real estate market trends, as well as finding the best lender for your particular needs. My first impression of her was, "wow, she did it all for me, - I didn't have to do anything!" She made the loan process simple, easy and fast. If she says she is going to do something she does it and she is QUICK and ACCURATE. Cindy truly cared about me as her customer. I was buying a new home, while selling my old. Cindy is outstanding to work with! She is friendly, professional and fantastic at her job.
