Cindy helped us through some very difficult escrows. She went above and beyond the call of duty to try and get an investor for some difficult property. She always communicated clearly and gave us regular updates. The loan process was much less stressful with Cindy in our corner. We will be recommending her and using her for future financing needs.

Cindy is a very good Real Estate Professional. Answers questions to an understanding that a lay person can understand. Very polite and kind. Cindy did everything she said she would. Always followed through on all questions and issues of our loan. She was very timely with our loan. We have used Cindy in the past and will use her again. Great person to work with.

Cindy was a pleasure to work with. She was extremely responsive (even after regular business hours).We had a last minute change to our needs and Cindy handled it with accuracy and speed and never complained about having to have our loan documents drafted a second time. We have used Cindy twice in both of our past home purchases . She is professional and yet so very personable. From the moment we walked into her office to let her know we were going to buy a house to the very last signature we gave her after we bought a house, she was with us. We would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

She is very pleasant and always gets back to you with answers for questions. Extremely knowledgeable. I trusted her completely with my loan and situation. I never really felt very worried about my situation because I knew if there was a way to get me approved for the best loan for me that she would find it.

Over three years ago, Cindy Tomlinson was highly recommended to me when my wife and I were buying our house. We went through an almost seamless transaction and Cindy was there with us all the way. Cindy was absolutely amazing!!! I had an extremely difficult case and Cindy still chose to do all she can to help me purchase my home despite all the signs of impossibility. I had identity theft, which seemed to prevent me from providing mandatory documentation to get my loan approved. She never gave up hope when it seemed to me there wasn’t a chance I’d get approved. Cindy did a refinance for us and made it as seamless as possible. She did a lot of the legwork, told us everything we'd need to know up front, made the whole process extremely painless.
