The entire process of purchasing our home was seamless. Even when one issue came up with the appraisal, it was handled and we closed on time. The videos that were sent to me to explain each step of the process were informative and kept me calm. Each person I dealt with was kind and professional.
In my experience, getting the information together was somewhat difficult but Cindy always helped me work through it. She acted as if I was the only person she was working with and I know that is not true. She is a great person and does a great job!
Being a first time home buyer, Cindy and her staff were extremely helpful and patience with my inexperience. They were always available to answer any questions I had even after the closing was completed. Very professional staff and will recommend them to anyone who is planning on buying a home!
