Initially Cindy seemed friendly and efficient. We did not appreciate the way that she continued to make us feel as if we were purposely not giving her what she asked for. But the kicker was that she prevented us from closing on time, after we did every single thing that she asked us to (rudely at times), because she did not wire the funds to the closer. We were prepared to move into our new home, but had to stay in a hotel instead. We never even received an apology from her.
