We had a great experience last year and brought a ton of friends to join us this summer. Unfortunately, we had a hiccup with our AC going out on our second night, but the on-site staff (especially the manager, Amanda) went above and beyond to make it right. Also, the homeowners were exceptionally generous - big thanks to them as well.
This was our second time at Cinnamon Shore. We were excited Our first time there was so much fun! So many memories made. But when we pulled in our excitement went a little out the window. Yes the house was absolutely beautiful. But that was about it. There was so much construction it really constantly got in the way. They bounced us out of the original rm that we had picked out 30 minutes before we checked in because it was not finished being painted. They new it was being painted couldn’t they have told us a day before. So they bounced us to another unit and put us in a rm that had all used up furniture. Couch was a hard as a rock. We took our family there between Christmas and New Year. WE GOT OFF TO A ROUGH START! The freezer did not work, the garbage disposal did not work and sink backed up, there were sticker burrs in the bedroom carpet… spent best part of the first day getting resolved - although freezer was never fixed!!
