Terrible customer service. Had rented two carts. Daughter and 4 kids had to leave early because of a family emergency so we had to turn it in a day early. Well the came and picked up out other cart our last full day and fir half the morning, we didn’t have our golf cart. Then after we called and went down there, about an hour later, they show up with the other golf cart that we had turned in the day before. This place is a very privileged place. The people who work here are awful, the mattresses are terrible. I can 100% hands down recommend many other places while you are in port a. If you want to conform to some very, white privileged people (I am 100% white by the way) then this is your place to stay. They can literally dictate when you can and cannot go to the beach. Had the most amazing time. The house, the beach, the pools and all the amazing amenities, allowed us to have wonderful family time!

One word: cockroaches. Avoid this place if you can!!
